| Our facility includes a 200' x 90' covered arena with beautiful views of the
surrounding hills! The 25 stall barn is attached to the arena, so the entire facility
is under cover and protected from the rain, sun and wind.

Guest Lounge & Patio |

|
| The lounge and patio area is located at the south end of the arena and also serves
as a viewing area for guests and families of riders. The lounge has a TV and wood stove
and the patio is surrounded by landscaping, a fountain and view of the arena and hills.

Other Amenities |

 |
| Other amenities include a hot walker, 50' round pen, wash rack with hot water,
trailer parking, and eleven grass paddocks approximately 125' x 50' where horses can
be turned out during the day.
